Fueling a Movement. Investing in the Trades.

At Hope for the Trades, we believe that skilled tradespeople are the backbone of healthy communities—and that the work they do matters far beyond the jobsite. But too often, trades leaders and their teams carry the weight of business growth, family expectations, and personal exhaustion alone. We’re here to change that.

Hope for the Trades is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the mental, emotional, spiritual, and professional well-being of tradespeople, business owners, and their families. We equip leaders in the trades to build businesses that scale—and lives that last.

○ We serve owners, managers, and technicians across the skilled trades through:

○ Online leadership training and curriculum

○ Technician training courses (practical, certified, career-building)

○ Discounts to vetted partners in marketing, material ordering, coaching, HR & more

○ Workshops and retreats for families and leadership teams

○ Humanitarian and disaster relief trips for tradespeople ready to serve

Whether it’s helping a technician develop life skills, guiding a burned-out owner toward renewal, or deploying a team to rebuild homes after a flood—our mission is always the same: to bring hope, restore purpose, and build legacies in the trades.

Meet Our Founder – Nate Agentis

Nate Agentis is a third-generation plumber from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry and 15 years in executive leadership. Having led a multi-million dollar plumbing service company, Nate knows the demands and the potential of the trades firsthand.

After recognizing the industry’s deep need for leadership development and personal support, Nate founded Plumbing CEO and later Hope for the Trades—two organizations committed to helping tradespeople grow their businesses without losing what matters most. (Today, he continues to serve Hope for the Trades as a volunteer founder, director, and committed donor.)

Nate is an author, speaker, and coach with training in Plumbing, Business Management, Marketing, Hague Certification, and Seminary. He specializes in:

● Organizational health

● Leadership development

● Strategic business growth

● Work-life alignment

● Faith-integrated leadership

More than anything, Nate is driven by a passion to help people—individuals, families, and organizations—flourish. For over a decade, he’s been walking alongside business owners, technicians, and leadership teams to help them clarify vision, build meaningful companies, and experience personal wholeness.

Why We Exist

We exist because too many great tradespeople burn out before they build what they were made for.

We believe:

○ You can grow without losing your family.

○ You can lead without losing yourself.

○ You can scale your business and deepen your purpose at the same time.

If you’re in the trades—and you're ready to lead with intention—we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

Hope for the Trades is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering skilled trades professionals through education, mentorship, and community.
