At Hope for the Trades, we believe skilled tradespeople are the foundation of strong families and communities. The work they do goes far beyond the jobsite. But too often, leaders in the trades face the pressure of growth, family demands, and personal exhaustion—alone.
We’re here to change that.
Hope for the Trades is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the mental, emotional, spiritual, and professional well-being of tradespeople, business owners, and their families. We equip leaders in the trades to scale businesses, live whole lives, and give back.
We serve the whole person: at home, on the job, and in the world.
We support our members with:
○ Leadership & Technician Training
Courses, coaching, and mentorship for owners and teams, including a 300+ hours of SkillCat tech training trial.
○ Family & Personal Support
Scholarships, mental health and addiction recovery resources, and referrals for marriage and family counseling.
○ Partner Perks & Community
Discounts from trusted service providers from marketing, lawyers, and so on. Plus connection to a purpose-driven network of trades leaders.
○ Rest, Renewal & Service
In-person retreats and volunteer trips helping you recharge and give back locally and globally.
Whether it’s helping a technician develop life skills, guiding a burned-out owner toward renewal, or deploying a team to recover homes after a flood, our mission is always to restore what matters the most by empowering them to lead with purpose, live with passion, and give with impact.

We exist because too many great tradespeople burn out before they build what they were made for.
We believe:
○ You can grow without losing your family.
○ You can lead without losing yourself.
○ You can build success and stay rooted in your values
Our mission is to empower tradespeople to:

If you’re in the trades, and you're ready to thrive in every aspect of your life, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
